Aspheric Cylindrical and Toric Lens Manufacturer

Volume Manufacturer of Aspheric Cylindrical and Toric Lenses

Optical fabrication since 1995. A dedicated process route makes aspheric cylindrical and toric lenses producible in stable volumes.

Who We Are

Changchun Jixiang Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. grew out of the Changchun Kexing Optical Instrument Factory, founded in 1995 by one of the first generations of optical engineers in New China. We are based in the Changchun High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Jilin, China.

For three decades we have concentrated on one thing: making aspheric cylindrical and toric lenses that can actually be produced in stable volumes. The real barrier is not whether a single part can be made, but whether part one hundred matches part one.

Toric lens components

Main Optical Products

Select a product for specifications and typical applications.

Aspheric Cylindrical Lenses

Aspheric profile on a cylindrical surface, produced in stable volumes for illumination and medical optics.

Toric Lenses

Corrects astigmatism and improves light efficiency in high-precision imaging systems.

Aspherical Spherical Lenses

Combines aspheric aberration correction with the mounting versatility of spherical lenses.

Aspheric Cylindrical Lens Arrays

Multi-groove single-body fabrication for beam shaping and semiconductor line consistency.

Spherical Prisms

Angle, steering and beam-splitting elements with controlled angular accuracy.

Silicon Mirrors

Lightweight, high thermal conductivity — suited to laser and infrared reflection.

Core Capabilities

Decades of accumulated process knowledge in high-precision silicon spherical mirrors and super-smooth surface fabrication, supporting scientific, medical and industrial laser applications.

Radius measurement of high-precision silicon spherical mirror R346005

High-Precision Silicon Spherical Mirrors

For large-radius silicon spherical mirrors such as R346005, we run a repeatable radius and form measurement routine that holds up across a batch.

Super-Smooth Surface Fabrication

Toric, cylindrical, spherical and flat optics can all be finished to a super-smooth surface, with roughness better than 0.3 nm RMS.

Surface metrology of glass-ceramic optics
Measured curve of a 6 mm aspheric cylindrical lens
Meridional radius measurement of R500 toric lens
Surface roughness measurement, better than 0.3 nm RMS
