Changchun Jixiang Optoelectronic Instruments Co., Ltd. originated from the Changchun Kexing Optical Instrument Factory, founded in 1995, and is located in the Changchun High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Jilin, China. The company was founded by one of the first generations of optical engineers in New China, which still shapes how we work: understand the process first, then talk about capacity.
