Aspherical Cylindrical Lens Arrays
For array optics the difficulty is not the single unit but the pitch and uniformity across the substrate. Multiple aspheric cylindrical elements on one plate must all sit inside the same window for vertex position, curvature and surface quality — otherwise the whole plate is scrap.
